Refund and Returns Policy
We’ll gladly accept returns or issue refunds under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Return/Refund:
- 🧴 Product must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
- 📦 Product must be sent back within 15 days of delivery.
- 🧾 Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required to process your claim.
How to Return a Product
Follow these simple steps to return a damaged or faulty product:
- 📸 Take clear images of the damaged or faulty product.

- 🚚 Send the product back to us in its original sealed packaging at the address below:

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we’ll notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed through your preferred refund method within a few working days.
Exchange Policy
We will exchange any product that was wrongly delivered or defective, provided it meets the following conditions:
- Product must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.
- Must be returned within 15 days of delivery.
How to Request an Exchange:
- Email us at ecom.sumaaw@gmail.com with your order number and details of the product you received.
- Provide details of the correct product you ordered.
- Return the incorrect item in sealed packaging to our address.
For faster service, we recommend returning the incorrect product first; once received, a new order can be placed for the desired item.
Non-Returnable Products
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Products that are opened or used.
- Items with damaged or unsealed packaging.
- Sale items or gift cards.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it.
Order cancellation depends on whether your order has been dispatched or not.
Once dispatched, we will not be able to cancel it.
